LONDON 2012
I decided to take some summer off and muck in to volunteer for London 2012.
I found myself as a runner driver for press operations, carting athletes and press attaches around the Olympic Park.
On day 1 I felt an utter ninny in my uniform at 5am in the morning on public transport before the games started.
Come the closing ceremony, utterly proud to have been involved. A great summer.
