FIVE DAYS (BBC 2006)
16MM FILM (TV MINI SERIES)
A mother and two children go missing at a dual carriage lay-by. As each episode unravels it becomes clear that nobody is quite as they seem.
I shot the first 3 hour long episodes of this excellent, BAFTA nominated, 5 part mini series. The shoot took place in urban and countryside locations around Hertfordshire. A huge principal cast with many restrictions on their availability and the presence of two principal children was tough to schedule. A lot of night work during the long summer months. We shot many exterior night scenes during the day which was a first for me and a tough five day shoot in a lay-by next to a very busy dual carriage way, both day and night which threw up many logistical problems.
